“I saw on FB  Verse arthritis in February 2023 haven’t looked back since I feel so much better Sarah is a great mentor the exercises look simple but if you suffer from arthritis they are not always easy Sarah is very understanding and always saids to us only go a far as you feel comfortable. When I first started I couldn’t straighten my right leg Sarah suggested I did exercises in bed before getting up (knee up then drop) one night woke up with very painful knee so exercised very slowly as advised by Sarah took me a while to do do but went back to sleep woke up in morning repeated these exercises then got on  with my  day so for me now pain killers or exercise? exercise wins hands down. 

Other exercises I found difficult were V W and elbows together couldn’t do either at first but I’m winning now thanks to Sarah my balance and posture has also improved thanks to Sarah.”
