Allow me to introduce myself – I’m Sarah, founder of SWFIT.  

I have a strong passion for embracing lifelong fitness and focusing on functional movement to support long-term health and wellbeing.

Based in Brentwood, I run Pilates and functional fitness classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and feel confident in your body – for life.

Helping people is my driving force, regardless of their starting point. I am passionate about supporting individuals in finding the right fitness approach tailored to their needs, ensuring they feel encouraged, capable and supported throughout their fitness journey.

Unlike the typical intense fitness approach, I believe exercise should feel enjoyable, realistic and something you can actually stick to.
