Community ClassesThis short beginners Mat Pilates course is designed for those who are new to exercise, returning after a break, or managing musculoskeletal issues.

Sessions focus on gentle, controlled movement to build strength safely, improve mobility, and support everyday function.  You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates, including breathing, posture and core stability, with clear guidance.

The pace is calm with an emphasis on quality of movement rather than intensity.  No prior experience is needed – just a willingness to move and reconnect with your body.
