■ Stronger in 7: Your One-Week Mini Challenge
Want a little boost without overhauling your whole routine? My Stronger in 7 Challenge is a simple, doable plan you can start today. No equipment, no complicated moves — just 7 days, 7 small steps that build strength, energy and confidence.
Because here’s the truth: tiny consistent actions add up to big results.
Day 1 – The Sit-to-Stand
Sit on a sturdy chair, feet hip-width apart.
Push through your heels to stand tall.
Lower back with control.
■ Do 10–12 reps.
Why? This move strengthens your legs and glutes, making everyday tasks easier.
Day 2 – Wall Push-Ups
Stand facing a wall, arms straight, hands at shoulder height. Bend elbows, bring chest towards the wall, then push away.
■ Do 8–10 reps.
Why? Builds upper body strength, especially shoulders and arms.
Day 3 – Balance Hold
Stand tall, lift one knee to hip height.
Hold for 10–20 seconds, then switch sides.
■ Repeat 3x each leg.
Why? Balance is key for preventing falls and staying steady as we age.
Day 4 – Carry Challenge
Grab two water bottles or light weights.
Walk slowly around the room, shoulders back, core braced. ■ 30–45 seconds, repeat 2–3 times.
Why? Builds grip strength and core stability.
Day 5 – Core Activation
Lie on your back, knees bent.
Draw your belly button gently towards your spine as you breathe out. Hold 5 seconds, release.
■ 8–10 reps.
Why? Strengthens deep core muscles, protecting your back.
Day 6 – Mobility Flow
Shoulder rolls x 5
Cat-cow stretch x 5
Hip circles x 5 each way
Spinal twist, hold 20s each side
Why? Mobility keeps joints happy and reduces stiffness.
Day 7 – Stretch & Reset
Spend 5–10 minutes stretching slowly: hamstrings, chest, hips. Focus on breathing deeply and slowing down.
Why? Recovery helps muscles repair and prevents aches.
■ Try repeating this challenge whenever you need a reset. Small steps create big changes.
